Stewart absent for Sky Blues
Coventry will be without Jordan Stewart for the visit of third-placed Brentford.
Stewart was given his marching orders for a second bookable offence in Monday's disappointing 4-0 defeat at neighbours Walsall and will now serve a one-match suspension, leaving the Sky Blues without a recognised left-back.
Fellow defenders Richard Wood (groin) and Blair Adams (knee) also continue to miss out, as do strikers Leon Clarke (ankle) and Stephen Elliott (knee).
Manager Steven Pressley has plenty to ponder when naming his starting XI having seen an unchanged line-up brushed aside at the Banks's Stadium just four days after beating League One leaders Doncaster.
The likes of Gary McSheffrey, Cody McDonald, Steven Jennings, David Bell, Jordan Clarke and Callum Wilson will all be pushing for starts at the Ricoh Arena.
Kevin O'Connor and Farid El Alagui could be added to the Brentford squad.
Midfielder O'Connor (ankle) and striker El Alagui (knee) have been sidelined since early in the season, but have now been back in training for a couple of weeks and got two reserve outings under their belts.
Manager Uwe Rosler this week admitted the duo are pushing for places on the bench.
Defender Scott Barron remains sidelined after a hip operation and back-up goalkeeper Richard Lee has had shoulder surgery, with neither expected back before the end of the season.
Rosler will rotate his squad following Monday's 2-0 defeat at MK Dons, with Bradley Wright-Phillips set to replace Marcello Trotta in attack after the latter was hauled off at half-time.
