Coventry City manager Chris Coleman felt his side had been hard done by in their 2-1 defeat at Sheffield United.
The loss left the Sky Blues just two points clear of the drop zone, with Coleman unhappy with the performance of referee Trevor Kettle at Bramall Lane.
He told the club's official website: "I am a great believer that things even themselves up over the course of a season, but it doesn't make that result any easier to take for us.
"We have to get things right away from home, but the performance was certainly worlds away from the second half against Scunthorpe.
"The penalty against us wasn't, the one we got wasn't and when you've got someone in charge like that, it becomes a circus.
"Paddy Kenny made some great saves for them. We kept asking him questions and, to be fair to him, he kept answering them."
