City Duo Feature In Edinburgh Derby

McPake and O'Donovan in action

James McPake and Roy O'Donovan who are on loan to Hibernian from Coventry City, featured in the Edinburgh derby at Hearts this afternoon.

The game did not go well for the duo with McPake guilty of appealing for offside instead of getting tighter on Craig Beattie who got through to score in the first half.

O'Donovan (pictured above) had a couple of efforts including having a 75th minute header saved before he was replaced in the 79th minute.

Deep in second half stoppage time, Suso Santana got round the back and scored with a low drive into the bottom corner to give Hearts a 2-0 win.

The defeat leaves Hibernian second from bottom of the Scottish Premier League.
