City Drop To Second Bottom

Coventry City have dropped to their lowest ever league position since April 1959 after the 2-0 defeat which sent Tranmere to the top of the League One table.
The Sky Blues who lost their third consective game under Richard Shaw and Lee Carsley are now 23rd in the table with a paltry three points from six games.
Goal difference is keeping City off the bottom of the table as Colchester who have a two goal worse goal difference than City were beaten 2-1 at home by Doncaster Rovers.
Bury's 1-1 draw at Sheffield United lifted them above the Sky Blues and fourth bottom are Scunthorpe United who had their first win of the season with a 1-0 victory at Shrewsbury Town whom City travel to on Tuesday night.
At the other end of the table, Notts County are second after a 2-2 draw against Oldham. Former Sky Blue Robbie Simpson missed a penalty in the game.
Stevenage are third after a 2-2 home draw against Crewe, whilst Crawley go fourth with a 2-1 win at Preston.
Walsall won 2-1 at Portsmouth to go fifth whilst Yeovil are sixth after a 1-0 defeat at MK Dons.
Elsewhere, Bournemouth drew with Hartlepool 1-1 and Carlisle drew 2-2 with Swindon.
