City defender eyes November return
The 25-year-old defender, who has managed just four starts since arriving from Livingston last January, will have his sling removed from his dislocated shoulder this week. "I am hoping to start playing again come mid-November if all goes well," the centre-back told the Coventry Telegraph. "That's just a rough target but it would be nice to get a few reserve games by then." McPake, who suffered the injury in the pre-season friendly against Dunfermline, added: "Performance wise it will be like starting from scratch but I think the last eight months have been invaluable coming down and making new friends and getting settled into the area "So I have not got that to worry about. At least now all I have to do is concentrate on getting fit."
