My position has not changed - Carsley

Coventry City Caretaker Manager Lee Carsley will carry on preparing the team for Saturday's game at Scunthorpe United.

With Steve Waggott saying on Friday that it could be another week to ten days before they are in a position to appoint a replacement manager for Mark Robins, Lee Carsley told the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole:“My position hasn’t changed – I’ll carry on game to game and until José steps forward I’ll just keep doing my job.

“It’s good that we’ve got a full week ahead of us because a few of the lads have got little problems that need clearing up and three or four days solid treatment should make sure that they’re ready for the weekend.”
