Cameron So Pleased To Be Back
Nathan Cameron on his return
Coventry City defender Nathan Cameron has described being injured for the last five months as the "worst five months of his life."
Cameron is back and put in a solid performance for U21's on Monday and then came on as a substitute against MK Dons last night and the former Covsupport News Service Young Player Of The Year told club journalist Keiren Crowley: “It has been very frustrating to be out for so long as I just love playing football and to not be able to do it has been horrible.“It has been the worst five months of my life really. That’s how much I want to play and do my best for the club. For me to get back out there just means that all my hard work has paid off. “All the lonely times in the gym, working to get fit have been for this moment so I am very pleased. If I can keep getting a chance in the side, that would be great but there is a lot of competition. “I have to play really well just to keep my place in the side and that’s what I hope I can do. We have got some real talent here now but I am more than willing to fight for my place in the side.” More on this; http://www.ccfc.co.uk//news/article/cameron-on-comeback-406683.aspx?pageView=full
