Bug sidelines Kyle

Coventry City striker Kevin Kyle will miss Monday's Championship clash with Stoke City after being struck down by illness.

The 25-year-old, who has scored only one goal since his summer transfer from Sunderland, has started the Sky Blues' last three matches but will sit out the clash against Tony Pulis' improving side.

Stephen Hughes and Dele Adebola could also miss the game, with assistant boss Adrian Heath telling the Evening Telegraph: "Hughesy is still getting headaches so we'll have to see how he is and Dele had a bang on the head but we think he'll be okay.

"But with concussion we have to go with the recommendations of the medical people.

"Kevin Kyle has gone down with a bit of illness so we're keeping him away from the other lads."
