Coventry City boss Eric Black has revealed that Dele Adebola could leave the club before the weekend.
The former Birmingham City forward has been told that he is free to leave Highfield Road on loan and Notts County, Burnley and Northampton Town have all now expressed an interest in signing him.
"He was made available last week but due to the three strikers picking up injuries at the weekend I had to hold fire," Black told the Coventry Evening Telegraph.
"But having looked at it again I am optimistic that he will be allowed to go and we will try to put the wheels in motion.
"There's a chance of him going to Notts County, but two or three others have shown an interest as well, such as Burnley and Northampton. Hopefully it will be resolved this week."
Adebola has scored just three times in 28 outings since signing for the Sky Blues at the start of the season.
