Adams eyes City rise

Coventry City boss Micky Adams is hoping that a two-week break from action will have helped his Sky Blues squad in their quest to challenge for promotion.
City currently lie in the bottom half of the table, with Adams looking for an improvement in the coming weeks and months.
He told the Evening Telegraph: "There are some specific things we need to work on, but it is not as simple as fine tuning.
"Ten games have gone and I need to make decisions about what our best eleven is, who has done well, who hasn't and who needs more fitness work.
"I think the fortnight off will help us because there are a few players who are lagging behind with their fitness for various reasons.
"If you look at the table we have got the joint best defensive record in the league, so we are not a million miles away in some respects."
