ACL To Contest SISU Action

Arena Coventry Limited are to contest when their case in the High Court resumes on Tuesday after the adjournment that SISU transferring assets to Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd and placing the CCFC Ltd in administration is unviable.

According to the Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid who was in the High Court this morning, ACL are concerned regarding SISU's appointment of an administrator over firm with "no assets" because assets transferred with nobody knowing.

ACL, told  Mrs Justice Proudman in court that: "there may be issues about the viability of the appointment of administrator" and ACL's Lawyer told Mr Reid that it  may continue with administration order against Coventry City Football Club after Tuesday.
