At the age of seven Adam Virgo was the captain of his school football team St. Aubyns Preparatory. At the age of 13 he was awarded a sport scholarship to Ardingly College. In the 2004/2005 season Virgo moved to Brighton & Hove Albion and due to his performances he helped maintain Brighton's position in the Football League Championship. Adam made a shocking move to Celtic in the July of 2005 and it is rumoured that 750,000 of his 1.5million deal was paid up front and he would receive depending on appearances.
