We Want You As A 12th Man - Robins

New City boss wants supporters to play their part.

New Coventry City manager Mark Robins has urged City supporters to back him and the team.

Robins, seen as the most palatable manager available for the money City were paying by many of the support, is urging City supporters to attend his first home game against Carlisle United tomorrow (3pm kick off).

Speaking to the CT's Andy Turner, Robins said: “We need you as a 12th man.

“It’s chicken and egg but a performance can evoke a reaction and response from the crowd and vice-versa, so we have to make sure we play our part which will spark them. They want to get behind us and I want them to come to the Ricoh and have a great experience.”
