Clarke wants 12,000 season ticket holders Coventry City Chairman John Clarke has said that the club are looking to sell 12,000 season tickets this year. Speaking to the Coventry Observer's Steve Carpenter, John Clarke said: "Our success is dependant on the supporters. Success on the pitch and off the pitch helps attract new investors and we are pleased to see that season tickets are up from last season. "Last year we sold around 9,000 and we are targeting a minimum of 12,000 season tickets which we feel is achievable with all the positive developments taking place both on and off the pitch. "Its been some years since we sold over 10,000 season tickets but what we are seeing is a lot of new season ticket holders which gives us confidence. "These policies are backed by the club's parent company SISU who continue to share a long term vision for this football club."
