Coventry City manager Andy Thorn felt that his side thoroughly deserved their 1-1 draw at Leeds United.
Speaking to the Press Association, Thorn said: "I'm really impressed with our second-half performance. We stuck to our principles and didn't just launch it forward.
"We thoroughly deserved to get the draw. I thought we weathered the storm before they scored, but we stuck to what we do.
"We have come into Elland Road, it's an intimidating place, it's a well-run, well-managed and well-supported club and we held our own.
"We showed character, there was no point in shutting up shop."
