Former Coventry City captain Michael Doyle feels that Sheffield United have to start picking up.
Lowly United travel to face the Sky Blues in Sunday's televised game which kicks off at 4pm and Doyle, the Sheffield United captain is quoted by the Coventry Telegraph as saying: “We have to turn it around.
"It is easy to be pointing fingers right now. I’m a believer we have a good enough squad to be challenging at the right end of the table. We have got to change it. It is up to us.
“People have to stand up and be counted now. Times are bad and we have got to turn it around. We have been saying that for weeks and it’s got to start with the match on Sunday.
“We owe our manager a performance and fans a performance. We have got to grind out a result.
“We do need a bit of luck but you make your own luck in this game. We can’t start feeling sorry for ourselves.”
