We Have To Keep Our Confidence - McSheffrey

McSheffrey on confidence and fitness Coventry City midfielder Gary McSheffrey has said the City players have to keep their confidence.  Speaking at the club’s weekly press conference, McSheffrey said: "We just have to make sure we stay confident because things can change so quickly in this league. It's amazing what one goal or a win can do for you, it can change everything so we are going to go into the game against Reading on Saturday and give it all we've got to try and achieve that."  McSheffrey had his first game back after getting injury at Bury and was on the pitch when Carl Baker was carried off and he said: "I went through it earlier this season so I would like to think that I may have gotten my place back on merit because that is always what I aim for. You don't like seeing your team mates get injured.  "It's always a little bit frustrating watch your team mates out on the pitch while you're physically unable to help them but having said that, watching them get a win against Derby was a nice feeling.   "But I'm fit now, I'm ready to play and all of us are looking forward to the Reading game because it will be a good test.   "They've always been a decent team and, like most teams in this league including us, they can beat anybody on their day.   "We just need to keep confident in our own ability to win games, stay upbeat and play the way we want to play."
