Two new board members for Coventry City

Club statement In a statement released on the Coventry City Football Club website, the club have announced that vice chairman Gary Hoffman has resigned and that two new board members have been appointed. The statement, in full read: COVENTRY City Football Club Holdings (Ltd) today announced changes to its board of directors which signals the continued evolution of the Club into                   business, commercial and leisure interests.  Ken Dulieu and Leonard Brody were unveiled as the latest additions to the board, following the recent announcement that local businessman and lifelong Sky            Blues supporter John Clarke had been appointed to the board. Dulieu is a highly-successful businessman. He is currently Chairman and Chief Executive of Capcon Holdings plc and was Chairman of Southampton Leisure        Holdings plc until December 2007. Brody is a respected international entrepreneur with a strong track record in business, finance and online media. He is President of Clarity Digital which is a subsidiary of the Anschutz Corporation, a large US-based   sport and entertainment group and is also a two-time Emmy nominee.  Clarke, is Chief Executive of leading national PR consultancy Coventry-based Century PR, has been an Associate Director of the Sky Blues for the past four    years. Gary Hoffman has resigned from the board. Hoffman, who has been a director and Vice Chairman, has stepped down after over three years on the board, will be an      associate director of the club. Sky Blues Chairman Ray Ranson said: "Gary has been an  invaluable asset with both his business experience and the fact he is Coventry born and bred. "It has been a pleasure working with him and he will always be welcome at the Ricoh Arena."
