It's been quite a week. On Tuesday afternoon the Sky Blue Trust was not only mentioned but lavishly praised in a Parliamentary debate - http://tinyurl.com/d38mtl7. On Wednesday, ACL announced its intention to apply to put CCFC into administration. The Trust's response has received extensive coverage, including http://tinyurl.com/cmnzsdj . The Trust is continuing to maintain its independent position and, even at this late stage, is urging the different parties to seek a compromise in the best interest of Coventry City Football Club. But we are also clear we will seek to work in partnership with any potential new investors, and demand of any such investors their plans to put fans at the heart of CCFC. We are getting excellent advice and assistance from Supporters Direct and we will be confident and proud in our faith in supporters and in making our case for supporter involvement. After our extensive consultation exercise, the Trust's objective and aims have been encapsulated in a new leaflet as below. With 800 members we are already making our views heard - imagine how loud our voice will be with 1,000 or even more people!
So today we want to have a real presence at the Ricoh and sign up as many new members as possible. But to do that needs as many current members as possible to help.
