The Ricoh Arena Is Worth Nothing - Fisher

More From Fisher

Current Coventry City CEO Tim Fisher, who again was given a torrid time, at the second CCFC Fans Forum has claimed that the Ricoh Arena is worth nothing.

Speaking in a forum again broadcast live on BBC Radio Coventry & Warwickshire, Mr Fisher, who did his best to avoid answering the majority of questions with the direct answers that the fans wanted, said that the club's owners do not want to move from Coventry and that is why they want a stadium in the Coventry area.

When talking about the deal that was agreed with ACL last August, he said: "We did agree a deal with ACL and brought in BDO (auditors). it was not in good shape and the pricing was then going to have to be less attractive and the relationship failed.

The Ricoh Arena in bricks and mortar is worth nothing. it is only the business that is in the Arena that is worth anything."
