Striking concerns for Morrison

Clinton Morrison knows Coventry need to bolster their forward line but he is not worried about the competition for places that it brings. Leon Best's departure to Newcastle means Morrison and Freddy Eastwood are the only strikers currently available to Chris Coleman, with the Sky Blues boss looking to bring two new faces to the club on loan this week. But Morrison, who started against Bristol City on Saturday after two substitute appearances, is not losing sleep over who comes in and is focused on breaking the 15-goal barrier in the Championship this season. "You don't want a player who is similar to me and Fred, players who are going to come and get the ball to feet. Whereas Besty was very good in the air and used to win his fair share of headers, so you want a striker like that," said the Tooting-born marksman, who has nine goals to date. "I'm not really bothered who we bring in because I don't worry about other strikers. I know that when I'm doing what I do, I can take care of my own business. "But obviously we do need help with another striker coming in because you can't leave yourself with just two strikers for the rest of the season. It's not right."
