Still Not Good Enough - Robinson

Opposing Manager's View

Milton Keynes Dons manager Karl Robinson felt his team were still not good enough in their 3-1 defeat to Coventry City.

Speaking to Three Counties Radio, Robinson said: "I don't think anyone who had seen [the game] would say that we were poor. But it's still not good enough because we've not won the game.

"We dominated the first half, scored a very deserved goal. Second half, they were kicking into seven and a half thousand fans. There was going to be momentum.

"We denied them opportunities but they were on top. A wicked deflection and then probably two of the best free kicks you're going to see at Stadium MK.

"I'm not going to come here and say everything's all rosy in the garden.

"I'm still in the most difficult position I've been in, but in the three and a half years I've been here I've never shirked my responsibility, I've never turned my back on anything, and that won't be the case this time."
