Stead Bristol City Deal Agreed
Stead going to Bristol City Former Coventry City loanee Jon Stead has agreed a deal with Bristol City. The striker, whose loan at the Ricoh Arena ended early last season due to injury after playing ten games and scoring twice, had started the season with Ipswich, playing in their three opening games. However, he is expected to move to Ashton Gate next week with Bristol City boss Jimmy Millen telling his club's website: "He's someone we've been looking to sign for a while and it looks like we are close now.
