Sponsor City Supporter and Kidney Disease Sufferer Dan
Sponsor Dan Hi. I'm a Coventry City season ticket holder and I am doing a sponsored walk in london for kidney research Uk and wondered if any City supporters would like to spnsor me I am 22 and I have had a kidney disease called FSGS for 3 1/2 years and my kidney function is currently 14%-I am expected to be on dialysis within the next few of months or so and I am already on the kidney transplant list. Despite this I got to 14 of the home games and 3 or so away games last season plus the pompey at home cup game despite having to get a 6 hour round train journey from York and also getting so physically tired from travelling afterwards. Also, despite having the disease I attended every home game 3 seasons ago. I'm determined to renew my season ticket and get to as many City games as possible next season, but given my health i amy not be able to get to as many as i'd like. The reason i mentioned that is just to show that i am trying to get on with things and show my passion for the club despite my ill health and if any supporters hearing that would like to donate to kidney research UK and sponsor me to do this walk in London on June 13th then that would be great.
