Coventry Sphinx face their first ever Midland Alliance game against Gresley FC tonight.
Gresley FC are the team which has took over from now defunct Gresley Rovers and are a side which won the East Midlands Counties League last season to move up into the Midland Alliance.
Sphinx will be boosted by their 2-1 win at Alvechurch on Saturday and the Derbyshire based team were also winners with a 2-0 home win over Coleshill Town.
Kick off at Sphinx Drive is at 7.45pm and admission is £5 for adults and £2.50 for concessions.
