Coventry Sphinx were left to make the long trip back from Hereford after a 5-1 defeat at Westfields in a Midland Alliance fixture.
Sphinx were a goal down in sixteen seconds when Dene Whittall-Williams netted and it was two when Craig Jones scored in the 16th minute.
Rikki Cutting pulled one back for Sphinx ten minutes before the break but in the second half, Jones hit a second in the 67th minute and completed his hat-trick in the 83rd. Josh Hunt hit the fifth in the 85th minute.
