Small budget hampering us

Claim by McIndoe Coventry City's winger Michael McIndoe has claimed the  size of the budget that manager Chris Coleman has to work with is a huge impediment to their chances of being promotion candidates next season. McIndoe believes that the Sky Blues need to strengthen the squad substantially in time for the start of the 2010/11 season if they are to make an impression in the Championship, but is fully aware that it will be an uphill task for Coleman. He said, "You've got to understand the budget we're using, I'm not making excuses but if you look at our budget compared to the top 10 at the moment then there's a massive, dramatic difference, but as players we don`t care about that, we want to win." "I think it's important that we do go into the transfer window and strengthen our squad for sure."
