Graham Jones RIP

Coventry City players will wear black armbands on Saturday in their match against Nottingham Forest to mark the loss of former physio Graham "Jonah" Jones, who sadly passed away due to cancer aged 70 last Friday.

Jonah worked both at Ryton and at the Academy for ten years and was highly regarded amongst all the players and staff.

Speaking to the club website, Chief Physio Michael McBride said: "The club and the training ground will be a quieter place without him. Graham had so many stories, anecdotes and qualities that we will all miss.

"He was a true people person who perfected the art of putting people at ease. He was always very chirpy and bright and we will all miss him greatly.

City U18’s held a minute silence and wore black armbands for their 2-1 victory at Leicester last Saturday.
