Coventry youngster Jordan Clarke will again be assessed ahead of the trip to Portsmouth. Full-back Clarke, 19, missed Saturday`s 2-2 draw at Derby with an ankle injury sustained in the previous weekend`s 2-0 victory over Watford. Otherwise, caretaker manager Andy Thorn is expected to have the same squad at his disposal at Fratton Park as he had against the Rams at the weekend. Striker Marlon King and winger Gary McSheffrey recovered from flu in time to start at Pride Park and the pair should again be involved on the south coast. Irishman Gary Deegan made his long-awaited comeback from a lengthy ankle injury as an unused substitute while fellow midfielder Carl Baker also recovered from an ankle knock of his own to come off the bench late on. Skipper Lee Carsley (Achilles) and defenders Richard Wood (groin), Ben Turner (knee) and James McPake (back) remain sidelined.
