Sky Blue Sports & Leisure - the vehicle which SISU used to buy Coventry City Football Club, has finally filed its annual accounts.
The accounts upto May 2012, were agreed and signed off by Tim Fisher last Tuesday and are now available for public inspection via Companies House.
This filing of accounts meant that a threat of prosecution was lifted.
The accounts showed liabilities of £37.7m with losses of around £4m ,despite £2.8m from the transfer of players etc.
