Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has described Sir Alex Ferguson as "an inspiration to us all."
Pressley is reported to be regarded in high esteem by the Manchester United boss whose retirement after 26 years in the Old Trafford hot-seat was officially confirmed this morning and speaking about his effect to Nick Connoll, the City boss said: "He's an inspiration to us all in terms of his desire about his job and the intensity in which he goes about it, he's never lost that.
"He's never satisfied even when he wins the league because the next time he wants his team to win it again with even more style. He never stands still and that's why he's been so successful.
