Sawyer Off To America
Sawyer on trial Former Coventry City loanee Lee Sawyer has gone to New England Revolution for a trial this week.Sawyer was loaned to City by Chelsea but failed to impress on his debut against Cardiff City in January 2009 and was quickly returned after a further substitute appearance.He went to Wycombe on loan and then Southend before his contract was terminated by Chelsea in November 2009. Sawyer joined Barnet on January 14th of this year on a short term contract but was released and is now a free agent.
