Watch A Non-League game on Saturday FSF backs 'Non League Day'The Football Supporters Federation is pleased to lend its support to 'Non League Day', calling for fans of Premier League and Championship clubs to visit their local non league side this Saturday September 4th. Initially started as a small campaign on Facebook, the idea is now gathering real momentum. England play Bulgaria at Wembley tonight (in a change to the usual Saturday and Wednesday games for European Championship qualifiers), meaning fans of clubs in the top two flights will find themselves with no game to go tomorrow, as those leagues take their traditional break for the international fixtures. With potentially hundreds of thousands of fans without a match to go to, Non League Day hopes to persuade them to check out their local sides, and provide a timely boost to the coffers of clubs in lower reaches of the football pyramid. Clubs in Leagues One and Two are also likely to see a bump in attendance figures across the weekend. As the campaign's page says "With tickets and refreshments at a fraction of the cost, what's stopping you? Do your bit for semi-pro and grassroots football, get out and support your local team be they in the Conference or Midland Alliance League"If you're interested in getting involved and want to know more, visit Non League Day's Facebook page, follow them on Twitter (@non_league_day or by using the hashtag #nonleagueday). For those of you wouldn't have a clue in telling your Isthmians from your Zamarettos, the organisers have helpfully produced a handy Google Map to show all the non-league fixtures that are taking place on Saturday September 4th. There are hundreds to choose from, and wherever you are you won't be far from a match, so why not get along?Main matches in the Coventry & Warwickshire areaSouthern League PremierLeamington V WeymouthMidland AllianceStratford Town V Friar Lane & EpworthFA VaseRacing Club Warwick V Thurnby NivarnaMidland Combination PremCoventry Copsewood V Bolehall SwiftsMidland Combination Div 2 Young Warriors V Greenhill at Coventry Sphinx FC
