Reid On Target
City Old Boy News Former Coventry City youngster Craig Reid was back in the Stevenage team and back amongst the goals this afternoon. Reid, who had been the subject of transfer speculation linking him with a number of clubs, was back in the Stevenage starting line up and gave Boro the lead in the 13th minute of their home game against Rochdale at Broadhall Way. Reid played for 79 minutes of a match which Stevenage won 4-2. Former Coventry City defender Stephen Wright made his Hartlepool United debut in the 2-0 win over Exeter City. Wright who signed a short term deal played the match which also saw former City loanee Richard Duffy play 54 minutes. Lee Hughes scored for Notts County in a 3-1 win over AFC Bournemouth. Liam Davis scored for Oxford United in a 3-1 defeat at Crewe.
