Former Coventry City loanee Reece Brown has been released by Manchester United.
The centre half came to Coventry on loan at the start of last season but failed to make an impression on anyone and ended up being cast aside in the U21's.
He was even tried in midfield by the U21's to little effect in the defeat at Nottingham Forest before being sent back to Old Trafford.
Manchester United subsequently loaned him out to Ipswich Town and have now released him along with eight other players including Luke Hendrie, son of the former City winger.
