Ranson makes cash offer for Jutkiewicz
Loan bid rejected. Coventry City chairman Ray Ranson has made a cash offer to Everton for the services of 21 year old striker Lukas Jutkiewicz. City boss Aidy Boothroyd had an approach to take the striker on a season long loan rejected by Everton boss David Moyes and has now moved to secure a promising young striker on a permanent deal. Jutkiewicz cost Everton £1m two years ago when they bought him from Swindon and he has one year left on his Goodison contract.
