Puzzled Gunnarsson determined to reverse fortunes

Aron Gunnarsson is struggling to work out what has gone wrong at Coventry after the club`s poor run of results. The Sky Blues are down to 11th place in the npower Championship and without a win in six games but the midfielder insists that despite the squad scratching their heads wondering what has gone wrong, they are confident they can bounce back. "I don't know why the results have suddenly gone against us but I know Aidy (Boothroyd) has got it under control," he told the Coventry Telegraph. "We all know we just need to pick up some points and if we can get on another run and we will soon be back in the mix. We think we deserve to be up there because we have been working hard but the facts are we haven't got the points to be up there at the moment. "It has been a bad Christmas for us and getting onto the bus at Barnsley with no points again was not good enough. "We need to start getting some wins now because we have dropped away a little bit. But this is such a weird league and you never know who is going to beat you."
