No Bids Yet For Players Pressley Does Not Want

Coventry City manager Steven Pressley is, according to the Coventry Telgraph, waiting to see if the players under contact that he has deemed surplus to requirements, will move on for just sit on their contracts.

So far, there have been no bids for any of the five or six players, who are all featured last season and if these players continue to refuse to accept what City have offered them to leave, which according to various rumours, is not near the payments they would receive for completing their full contracts, or find other clubs or employment, then the City boss will have to decide what to do with them.

Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, Pressley said:  “I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.

“The situation is that I thought long and hard with Steve Waggott that we needed to change things so at this moment in time we’re hopeful of coming to some sort of solution. There’s no decision made on that yet but we do need to change.”
