Praise for Jeffers
Striker has good future. Shaun Jeffers, who is currently on loan at Cheltenham, has drawn praise from fellow Robins striker Wayne Thomas. Thomas told This is Gloucestershire that he thinks it won't be long before the 19 year old Jeffers breaks into the Coventry City first team. Jeffers made his international debut last week for England under 19's and has been on loan at Cheltenham since the start of the current season to get regular competitive first team football. Thomas said, "Shaun is very quick and he has a good future ahead of him, and if he carries on doing what he has been it won't be long before he breaks into the Coventry team."
