Coventry City manager Andy Thorn and his coaching staff have held a postmortem with the squad after the 1-2 home defeat against Burnley last Saturday.

City had Bigirimana sent off with the scores level, but went on to lose to a very late goal.

Thorn, in  a much calmer mood than immediately after the game, told the CT, “The boys are fine and had a good training session yesterday.

“We showed them the game again and how they switched off. But for an hour we had 61 per cent to their 39 per cent of possession and more shots and everything.

“We have had a chat about the late goals and it’s individual errors again, but that’s behind us now. We’ve put it to bed and we move on and we’re looking forward to Doncaster now.”
