Coventry City youngster Danny Philliskirk has said that he thinks the players who put in an excellent performance for City U21's in their 2-1 win at Birmingham City have a great chance of first team football.
Speaking to club journalist Kieran Crowley, Philliskirk who worked well, setting up Cit's first goal for Will Roberts and like the rest of his team mates was watched by Steven Pressley and Neil Macfarlane, said: "I am happy with the way I played and all I have got to keep doing is work hard on the training pitch and keep doing it for the Under-21s.
"If I can do that, then maybe my chance will come but we have a good squad here. We all played well today as a team and I'm sure we all hope to have a chance of first team football.
"It has been really good here so far and we are quite a young side so the future for the club looks good."
