Embarrassed and furious Pearson demands improvement Coventry City visit Hull on Saturday on the back of a morale boosting win over Doncaster Rovers, but Hull are licking their wounds after another heavy defeat.Tigers manager Nigel Pearson , who was left embarrassed and furious after watching his Hull side capitulate 4-0 at Burnley on Tuesday, has demanded his side improve and make amends for their woeful display.Hull are only three points behind City, but languish in 17th place in the npower Championship having lost four of their nine games this term as they struggle to come to terms after their relegation from the Premiership.Pearson said: "We've got to work exceptionally hard to put it right and we've got to be honest when we look at what went wrong.""The foundation for us to play the way we have recently has been our desire to defend as a team, not just the back four. We've shown a real desire to play a tight game but against Burnley we just didn't see enough of it."Hull could be boosted with the return of striker Jimmy Bullard who failed a late fitness test and missed Tuesday's defeat at Turf Moor.Coventry also have an injury concern over striker Marlon King who left the field on Tuesday with a dead leg. it was initially feared he may have sustained an hamstring injury, but Boothroyd is hopeful King will be fit for Saturday.
