Former MP Mike O'Brien is to assist Coventry City Council in their High Court action against Coventry City FC.
Sisu claim that the £14m bail out of the Ricoh Arena moved the goal posts whilst others feel that the Council acted to stop SISU from getting the Ricoh Arena which many in the City and around the world do not want them owning and that not acting would have changed the balance of power at the next Council elections.
Mr O'Brien will assist the Council in their High Court case.
