A lot of work to be done says Chairman Coventry City Chairman Ray Ranson has said that there are no plans to bring in anyone to replace coach and reserve team boss Frankie Bunn.Speaking to the CT, the City Chairman said: "I am sure that over a period of time Aidy will want to put his own imprint on the football club and rightly so I will support him in that.,but there will be no wholesale changes in the backroom and there are no immediate plans to bring in anyone else.""There has been a hell of a lot of work done here both on and off the pitch over the last two and a half years and we wanted someone who was going to come in and work with what we have got and what we have done."We have got a good staff in place so it was all about getting the captain of the ship, somebody who could take us to the next level. He is a very confident young man which is what I like about him. I have got to know him very well over the last few days and he is very enthusiastic about the opportunity, rightly so because it is a great job for someone.""He has looked round the Ricoh and been to the training ground and he can't wait to get started."
