No Interest In Crewe Striker
Crewe boss says no contact for Clayton Crewe Alexandra are reporting that there has been no official interest in their striker Clayton Donaldson who has been linked with a move to Coventry City by some sections of the media City, who have previously denied any interest, Bradford City and Crawley Town were amongst the names thrown up by media speculation as being interested in the 27 year old, however, Crewe boss Dario Gradi has said there has been no contact from any club saying to Crewe's official website: " "No-one has spoken to me about Clayton. We have heard snippets of interest and someone mentioned Coventry, but I have never heard that they were. "There will be a time limit for Clayton, and Byron Moore, to let us know what their intentions are. "We do have players in mind as replacements but we haven't acted yet as we don't know what is happening with the two lads."
