Coventry City manager Steven Pressley feels that the club have had no real direction for a while and he is not prepare to comprise on the style of football that his team to play.
Pressley, speaking at the weekly press conference, told Nick Connoll: "We have a clear vision for this club and there's been no real direction here for quite some time and I will not compromise on the style I want to bring here.
"It's my firm belief that you have an idea and a philosophy and it's important that you stick to it and get better at that philosophy rather than just reverting to something else in the short term because you think it might be easier."
