Coventry City's owners SISU Capital have taken out a new High Court challenge of the £14m bail out of the Ricoh Arena.
According to the Coventry Telegraph, SISU's QC has claimed that the action was an effort to try and drive them out of the club and the City and that the bail out was a mis-use of public funds.
