New Board Won't Be At Every Game

New City Board members won't attend every game One of the major criticisms that Coventry City supporters have about SISU and the current board is the perception that they care little for the club and the city and are only concerned with their own fortunes and speaking yesterday to the CT, New CEO Paul Clouting was forced to admit that neither he nor some the other board members would be attending every game. He admitted that Leonard Brody and newly appointed chairman Ken Dulieu won’t be at every match and neither would he. Clouting was asked if they would be regular attendees at The Ricoh He replied: “Will he (Brody) be at every single game? No, he won’t because he has got other things to do and a life in the States. “Will Ken be at every game? No because he is in Portugal. Will I be at every game? Probably not. I live in Ipswich, but I am not interested in second best and I am very competitive with myself about what I do and what I don’t do, and how successful I can be, and hopefully the value I can bring to the business.” Finally Clouting was asked what he hoped to achieve at Coventry City. He said: “A full stadium because you only get people to believe in you if you are doing well." “You know that there are lots of football clubs out there that but for the grace of God are a certain period of time away from difficulty, so our job is to rejuvenate what I believe can be rejuvenated.”
