Former Coventry City manager Richard Money has turned down the opportunity of managing a side in India.

Money had been in talks with Jindal Vijayanagar Steel, who are one of two new clubs that will come into the Indian top flight for the new season.

However, Money has decided to carry on his role as manager of Cambridge United and told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "It was something no-one could dismiss out of hand.

"I gave it a lot of thought and I'll still be here next year."
