Clouting at Fans Forum Coventry City CEO Paul Clouting refused to say how much money is available to Andy Thorn to bring in new players. Speaking at the Fans Forum at Kenilworth Wardens, Clouting said any money was a matter of business confidenitality and that Andy Thorn did have a budget and would have to work with in. Clouting who took a fair bit of the stick from the City support said that the club had to live within its means due to the Financial Fair Play regulations which are expected to be in place for the 2012/2013 season. Mr Clouting, an employee of CCFC, not SISU, side-stepped the issue of whether City should be spending money now to get players before any new rules come.
